En el boletín de octubre de nuestra Asociación os mostramos algunos comentarios extraídos de las entrevistas individuales realizadas a mujeres empleadas en el sector de las TIC (Ingenieras, matemáticas, informáticas, etc.) para dar a conocer sus experiencias, las lecciones que han aprendido y cuáles son las buenas prácticas que deben tomarse en cuenta y que podrían ayudar a las mujeres interesadas en una carrera de este sector.
Estas entrevistas se ubican dentro del proyecto cofinanciado por la Dirección General de Empleo y Asuntos Sociales de la Comisión Europea, que consiste en identificar los obstáculos que dificultan el acceso de las mujeres a oportunidades de trabajo en el sector de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TICs) a nivel europeo.
Queremos saber qué opinas tu sobre la situación de la mujer en el sector de las TIC, si crees que la situación es igual o diferente a la que viven las mujeres que trabajan en otros sectores, etc.
In October’s bulletin of our Association, we presented some extracts taken from the individual interviews that have been carried out to women professionals in the ICT sector (Engineers, mathematicians, computer technicians, etc.). The objective was to show some of their experiences, the lessons that they have learned and which are the best practices that should be taken into consideration and that would help other women interested in a career in this sector. These interviews framed within the project co-financed by the Directorate General for Employment and Social Affairs of the European Commission, which consists in identifying the main obstacles that difficult the access of women to labour opportunities in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector at a European level.We would like to know what your opinion is about the situation of women in the ICT sector and if you think that the situation is similar or different from the one that women live in other labour sectors.
