Mª Helena de Felipe Lehtonen (Born Madrid 1962).Dual Nationality Spanish-Finish. Lawyer, specialising in Corporate Labour Law, carrying out legal functions in the area of labour relations of large firms (Gas Natural, SDG, Foment de Constructions y Contratas).
Co-founder and partner in FES Business Consulting (1991), consultancy and accounting for companies, with its head office in Barcelona, dedicated to l management consultancy, its members include; lawyers, economists, financial advisors, social graduates, accountants…. |

FOUNDING and CURRENT PRESIDENT of the Association of Federations and Association of Businesswomen of the Mediterranean (AFAEMME) (01.07.2003), head office in Barcelona, made up of 23 Businesswomen’s Organisations from: Albania, Algeria, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt ,Spain (Andalusia, Balearic Islands, Castellón, Catalonia, Murcia and Valencia), France, Gibraltar, Greece, Italy, Jordanian, Lebanon, Malta, Morocco, Syria and Turkey).

ORGANISATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO DATE
- Participation in the Congress of Women’s from France (Dirigeantes), in UNESCO, Paris (Dec-2002).
- Founder of two Businesswomen and Executives Organisations, working actively in her own region of Catalonia as well as The Mediterranean Basin, having created the ‘FORUM I of Encounters Between Businesswomen’s Organisations of the Mediterranean and the EU Enlargement (January 2004).
- In November 2005 supported and helped to create the first Businesswomen Organization in Guatemala.
