The information received by AFAEMME, from the users of this website, by way of consultations and requests for on-line information, is treated with maximum confidentiality. In these cases, the information will be used solely to respond to the queries made. The information received will not be used for any other purpose.

Some of the services included on this website and, in particular, the application for membership through the use of the corresponding inscription form, require the collecting of personal data. To provide these services, it is necessary for AFAEMME to collect this data. If the obligatory details are not provided, it will not be possible to provide said services.

In relation to the data collected in the above mentioned way, the user will be able to exercise his/her right, stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act of The Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December and, in particular, the rights of access, to change or cancel the data and contest, should it be necessary, as well as the right to revoke consent given for the use of their data. The application must contain the following details: Name and address of user., contact address, photocopy of identity document or passport and concrete contents of the right being exercised.

AFAEMME will keep, on file, the personal data collected and will take the steps necessary to avoid its alteration, loss and unauthorised use or access. AFAEMME will comply with these stipulations in accordance with the applicable established norm .
