Foment & IESE Business School creates a course to impulse woman leadership

Foment del Treball, through her commission adviser "Woman and Company" presided by M ª Helena de Felipe works to promote and to facilitate business women on decision making positions. De Felipe understands in this historical moment of change in all the productive systems " is a great opportunity for the women because it is necessary to incorporate a new organizational culture, more transverse than the traditional one ". Foment of Treball and the business school IESE have renewed for the second year, this collaboration with the commission "Woman and Company" advocates for enhance woman in top management through several activities. Some objectives of the course are: to facilitate technologies and tools to women in companies, eliminate gender barriers and exercise a major leadership with serenity, success and satisfaction.
