Afaemme members, Presidents or Board Members, from countries around the Mediterranean Region, participate in the second session of MedaWomen in the panel "Empowering a New Generation of Young Entrepreneurs". They explained their "Best Practices" in supporting and nurturing young women entrepreneurs and community leaders on challenges and opportunities.

The She Decides, You Succeed Final Conference has been held on 9th of June 2016 at Foment del Treball. The Conference explored the conclusions and the results of the project on encouraging companies to actively promote the access of women to decision-making positions through highlighting the importance and benefits of having a better gender balance in the different areas of responsibility in the company.
