The information received by AFAEMME from the users of this website by way of consultations and requests for on-line information is treated strictly confidentially. The information will be used only to respond to the queries and not for any other purpose.

Some of the services included on this website and, in particular, the application for membership through the use of the corresponding registration form, require the collecting of personal data. In this case, if the mandatory details are not provided, it will not be possible for AFAEMME to facilitate those services.

In relation to data collected by membership applications the user will be able to exercise his/her rights, stipulated by the Spanish Data Protection Law 15/1999 of December 13th and, in particular, the rights of access, change or cancellation of the data and, if necessary, the right to contest and to revoke the given consent for the use of data. AFAEMME keeps the collected personal data and guarantees all users that it takes the steps necessary to avoid its alteration, loss and unauthorized use or access.
