AFAEMME gathered in its headquarters in Barcelona the project partners of Group 2 to launch the implementation of the second phase of the project, which aims at informing 150 private companies and 5 employers' organizations about the benefits of having more women at decision making positions. The participants were: The Women's Economy, AIDDA, Women's NGO Cooperation Network of Latvia, Women in Business Romania and OMEGA. The meeting's aim was to train the partners on how to approach private companies and employers' organizations and how to disseminate effectively the benefits of having more women at decision making positions. During the meeting, a special video prepared by the Centre for Inclusive Leadership explaining the benefits of having more women on board was also launched.
